Wishpot

Wishpot, which allows shoppers to create online wish lists and gift registries from multiple retailers, including items found in physical stores, officially joined Curious Office Partners in September 2007.

The announcement follows Wishpot’s seed investment from Curious Office partner Adrian Hanauer.

Besides the seed investment, Wishpot co-founder Max Ciccotosto said they will receive additional “business guidance, operational support and access to a wider range of outside investors and partners.” It is currently looking for a series A investment.

As a result of the deal, Kelly Smith of Curious Office has joined the Seattle startup’s advisory board. Curious Office also is an investor in Imagekind, Shelfari, SEOmoz and other companies.

The Seattle PI profiled Wishpot back in June, comparing the service to Kaboodle, StyleHive, ThisNext and Amazon.com’s own gift registry.
