Will it handle both portrait and landscape formats correctly?

Others say to handle a mix of portrait and landscape to constrain the width and height to the max dimension, say 1024, but oddly it resizes to 1024x769 instead of 768 which should be the correct proportion from the original image of 2592x1944.</description>
